Shipping and Returns

Delivery Information

All orders received before 12 noon will be despatched on the same day, any orders received after 12 noon will be despatched the next working day. Orders are despatched Mon - Fri, excluding bank holidays.

We deliver to UK, Europe, USA and Australia.

Standard Delivery

All UK parcels are sent Royal Mail Tracked with each package being scanned 3 times during its journey, making sure that no parcels go missing. You will not be required to sign for the package so there is no need to wait in and if you have safe place where the parcel can be left you can mention that on our delivery instructions.

Royal Mail Tracked takes between 2 and 3 days usually being delivered 2 days after despatch. So if your order is despatched on Monday you should receive it on Wednesday.

Cost for Standard Delivery is £2.95 no matter how large the order.

Special Next Day Delivery

If you need your package straightaway you can opt for next day delivery. Simply order before 12 noon and select Special Next Day Delivery at checkout and you will receive your parcel the following day.

This service is currently available Monday to Thursday with any Special Next Day Delivery orders placed on Friday being delivered on the following Monday. We will be adding a Saturday delivery as soon as we can. Of course if you are desperate for fabric on the Saturday then please call us and we will also do what we can to help.

You will need to sign for the package and if you are not in when it is delivered a card will be left informing you that delivery was attempted and you will be asked to collect the parcel from your local sorting office.

Cost for Special Next Day delivery is £5.95 for parcels weighing up to 1kg and £8.95 for parcels weighing up to 2kg.

To give you an idea an average metre of fabric weighs between 160g and 180g so 2kg would be roughly around 10 metres.

European Delivery

We deliver to all countries in the EU. Parcels to Europe are sent Royal Mail International Signed For so you will be required to sign for your package.

We have three bands of postage up to a maximum weight of 2kg.

For parcels weighing 0g - 750g the cost is £6.95
For parcels weighing 751g - 1500g the cost is £9.95
For parcels weighing 1501g - 2000g the cost is £12.95

To give you an idea of weight an average metre weighs around 175g.

USA and Australia

For parcels to USA and Australia we use Royal Mail International Signed For service. You will be required to sign for your package.

For parcels weighing 0g to 500g the cost is £15.95
For parcels weighing 501g to 1000 the cost is £22.95
For parcels weighing 1001g to 1500g the cost is £28.95
For parcels weighing 1501g to 2000g the cost is £35.95

To give you an idea of weight an average metre weighs around 175g.

We intend only to charge you what it costs us and the prices above are based on those supplied by Royal Mail.

Out of Stock Items

We always try and make sure that we are up to date with our stock and that you can clearly see how much of any item is available. If however for any reasons any of the items you order are out of stock, we will contact you either by phone or email. We understand that when you are ordering fabric it may be that if one part is unavailable this may mean you want to change your order.
