Delivery & Shipping
We know that when you make the decision to buy something online you want to receive it as soon as possible. We make every attempt to pack and despatch your goods the day we receive your order. We do not use recorded delivery as we know what it's like to have to wait in for a parcel or make an extra trip to the post office to collect a missed delivery. For your convenience, we use waterproof packaging to protect your fabric.
Next Day Global Delivery
If all the fabric or items you have requested are in stock, then wherever possible we will despatch them on the day you order them. We use first class post so your order should arrive the day after you place it. We can despatch overseas orders within given timescales - please contact us for exact quotes.
Costs
Delivery is free to all orders within the UK.
All European deliveries are charged at £4.50.
All deliveries to the rest of the world are charged at £8.50.
Out of Stock Items
We always try and make sure that we are up to date with our stock and that you can clearly see how much of any item is available. If however for any reasons any of the items you order are out of stock, we will contact you either by phone or email. We understand that when you are ordering fabric it may be that if one part is unavailable this may mean you want to change your order.
