A panel is always a great place to start if you want to run up a quick quilt and this one is a good one. It isn't as big as they often are measuring just 56cm by 60cm or 22" by 24" approx, a little larger than a fat quarter.

All you have to do is add some complementary fabrics around the outside and there you go! And you are lucky here too as there is a number of beautiful matching fabrics to choose from and as there is no overall dominance of either pink of blue this will make a quilt for both boys or girls.

The main theme is supposedly bugs but there are birds, forgs, a friendly mole and lots more beisdes like flowers and hearts, toadstools and a bird box! The complementary fabrics include more bugs, flowers, squares, labels and the best border stripe ever.

Choose the size of quilt you want from play mat to cot quilt to single bed cover, add matching cushions and accessories and you have your set!
