At first this looks like those areas of desert where the land is so dry it cracks and indeed there are veins of colour covering the surface of the print. The colours, though, are a wonderful mixture of plum, moss green, golds, yellows and oranges. Perfect for autumnal quilts where you need to add a little colour or team with deeper greens or purples.

A slice of this fabric added to any stash will prove invaluable and with its array of colours it will be used time and time again.
