This is a fabric which is full of cheer from the designer Sue Penn who has created the 'Hearts and Flowers' collection.

A soft buttercup yellow is host to an array of hearts drawn in a niave style and in a random pattern across the fabric. The hearts are coloured in bright pinks, greens, oranges and blues. Each heart is roughly outlined in silver. In between the hearts are multi coloured dots encircled in silver.

The hearts vary in size, the smallest being around three quarters of an inch long by an inch wide and the largest, an inch and a half long by an inch wide.

Combine with other cheerful colours as depicted in the hearts or tone down with dark shades of green or blue to add warmth.
