This is just like one of those little packets of sherbet fizz with its melon and raspberry pink colours all blended together. Use this with pastel shades or to contrast with deeper brighter shades.

Princess Mirah does the most wonderful batik blenders, they are either a veritable feast of colours all blending in and out of each other or they are as soft and subtle as it is possible to be. A batik stash is not complete without a good selection of batik blenders not least because they are so good at bringing elements of a quilt together, oh and don’t forget how useful they are for any of those appliqué projects.
